The Montage Edit™ uses time compression. Rather than using all of the footage that was shot, we choose key scenes that fit together to document your event in an entertaining, easy-viewing program that you will be proud to share with family and friends for years to come.

Many clients have told us that they hesitate to show their traditionally edited video to friends and relatives, much less view it themselves more than a few times. This is because a typical event video's 90 minute or longer length cannot maintain viewer attention, and thus is difficult to watch in one sitting. The Montage Edit™, however, is well paced and enjoyable to watch. By using a combination of real time clips, slow motion, dissolves, special effects, and live and dubbed-in audio, the Montage Edit™ easily holds viewer attention during the average 30 to 50 minute length.

Since Montage Edit™ Videos, by design, do not contain all of the footage shot, we include an edited rough cut containing all the footage that was recorded. This way you will have a complete documentation of your event, and therefore will get the best of both worlds!
